Age 1 - did not yet understand the concept of work

Age 2 - "buh-buh," believed to have meant "bus"

Age 3 - a dog

Age 4 - mommy

Age 5 - astronaut-firefighter

Age 6 - astronaut-firefighter-baseball player

Age 7 - king

Age 8 - what daddy is

Age 9 - accountant (realized exactly what daddy is)

Age 10 - non-accountant (realized exactly what daddy does)

Age 11 - writer

Age 12 - McDonald's employee (???)

Age 13 - nothing (horrified because of my burgeoning sense of what work is)

Age 14 - something to do with having sex

Age 15 - something to do with having sex

Age 16 - something to do with having more sex

Age 17 - English professor

Age 18 - a dog
